We are pleased to announce our 32nd year inside the Carlmont Shopping Center!

This 3 month program is a great way to help you get in shape for the New Year without the long commitment. What an amazing way to have fun, learn how to defend yourself and get some exercise in the process.

New students will receive their first month for $32, 2 additional months at regular rate, unlimited group lessons, a weekly 30-minute training session with an instructor and a Complimentary uniform.
